FIX
Our signature class. A 30 min high intensity, full body workout. No two classes are the same!
FUSION YOGA
Fun, contemporary yoga.
Improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Recover properly from training and be proactive against injury. Breath work and relaxation included.
HEAVY
Build functional strength and power . A focus on kettlebells, barbells and other lifting implements. Gains are guaranteed.
L-ZONE
A gentler way to exercise. Working on fitness, mobility, strength and balance to improve quality of life and independent living. Perfect for the elderly and people with long term conditions.
BEAT THE BOSS
CARDIO-CALISTHENICS- LIFT
Same formula each week but the ingredients change. So we are always in for a spicy surprise.
WOD-FIX
Olympic lifting tech and accessory work, followed by a spicy metcon.
MUM-FIT
Fitness and strength class where you can bring your little one, move at your pace, and connect with other local Mums—no pressure, just progress.
INTRO
Gym Foundations: Get comfortable with gym equipment, technique, and training basics. Please note, this is a 10 week course and is run in blocks. Get in touch to find out when the next block is running.
